Welcome To The Relaxation Station

This has been a labor of love in response to the increase in anxiety, depression, and other related conditions due to our ever-changing world. Adults are struggling to keep up with their normal responsibilities and then some. Kids are being challenged more and more every day. That is why we wanted to create a space for learning skills for relaxation, reduce stress, lower levels of anxiety and depression, and create a sense of well-being.

We have a “station” for adults, kids, and tweens/teens. This is our way of providing some relief in an age-appropriate, safe manner. Check out our carefully curated collection of techniques for reducing anxiety and managing stress. We have breathing exercises, grounding techniques, mindfulness activities, and more! Please check out the videos, book recommendations, and other offerings to see what works best for you. This is a work in progress, so check back frequently for new content.
